We are equipped with

• 1 VMC with 4th axis attachment (Kitagawa rotaray chuck up to 200mm)
• Maximum work piece size up to X-Axis (1250 mm), Y-Axis (550 mm), Z-Axis (610 mm)
• We have  machines such as DMG, DOOSAN, DAEWOO, MANFORD, JYOTI, AMS

CNC Turning Centers

We are equipped with

• 5 CNC turning centers
• Maximum work piece size – 290 mm X 400 mm length
• We have machines such as DOOSAN, DAEWOO and AMS

CNC WEDM

We are equipped with

• 4 CNC WEDM
• Maximum work piece size setup- X Axis (500 mm), Y-Axis (350 mm), Z-Axis (270 mm)
• We have machines such as SODICK and SPM

Conventional

• We have conventional machines such as MILLING, DRILLING, TURNING and GRINDING to support our in house activities
• We have 2 sparking machines with orbiting technology

Quality Department

Our quality department has highly qualified team of people and we have instruments such as profile projectors, digital height gauge, height gauge, different types of micro meters, vernier callipers and other special gauges, roughness tester.
